Refunds and cancellations
Last updated 3 November 2026
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Account page, under Manage billing. There's no fee and no notice period. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for. After that your account moves to the free plan and you aren't charged again.
Refunds
- First 14 days: if you're not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.
- Yearly renewals: if a yearly plan renews and you didn't mean to keep it, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it in full.
- Otherwise: we don't refund part-used months or years, but your plan carries on until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Our mistakes: if you were charged twice or in error, or Sendlet was unavailable for a long time, we'll put it right, with a refund where that's fair.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days of us approving them. When we refund a plan in full, your account moves to the free plan.
Asking for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and tell us which payment it's about. We'll reply within 5 working days.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your legal rights as a consumer; it doesn't replace them. The 14-day refund above covers the same period as the UK's cancellation right for online services, so you can cancel a new subscription in that time even though the service starts straight away.
